Terms of service

Subscriptions

Smith Appointments is billed monthly in advance, in Australian dollars. Prices are shown on our home page and exclude GST.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then billing stops.

Refunds

We don't give refunds or credits for part months. If you have been charged in error, or charged twice, contact us through Contact & support and we will refund the amount in full. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Bookings with your clients

Payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds between you and your own clients are set by you and handled by you. Smith Appointments is not a party to those bookings.
